Georgia’s 1st District Congressman Buddy Carter Visits Henry Plumbing
On Monday July 30th, 2018 Congressman Buddy Carter visited Henry Plumbing to discuss tax reform for small business owners in Savannah. Congressman Carter spent time with Henry Plumbing owners Todd and Tonya Reed, discussing healthcare costs, workforce development opportunities, and the current tax climate for business owners.
Todd and Tonya also discussed the importance of Veteran owned and female owned businesses, that create the dynamic business landscape of the Savannah community and the Georgia business community as a whole. Congressman Buddy Carter toured the Henry Plumbing Company headquarters, located at 1209 East 59th Street, and met the company mascot Henry the dog.
Henry Plumbing is a third generation local Savannah business that has proudly served Savannah for 50 years. Henry Plumbing is a Veteran owned business and has been recognized with numerous awards including Best of the Best by Savannah Morning News, Best in Homes by Savannah Magazine, National Association of Women in Construction- Woman of the Year, and numerous other awards. Henry Plumbing performs work for new construction, repairs and remodels for both commercial and residential projects.
