Join us for our October Business Meeting!
At this meeting, we will use our networking time from 11:30 am-12 pm as a Committee Fair to allow new and existing members the opportunity to meet all of the chairs, learn about the various committees, and get involved!
This month's featured speaker is Vira Salzburn, Program Director for Safety and Resilience Programs at Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council. She will discuss “Self-Compassion for Resilient Women” focusing on self-compassion as a resource for cultivating strength, mitigating burnout and motivating yourself.
