Client and Special Projects Coordinator

Rhowe Design + Build offers multi-faceted and innovative construction services to both public and private sector clients. We manage a multitude of different project types and sizes from concept through completion, ranging from small-scale preservation to multi-million dollar commercial.

As the Client and Special Projects Coordinator for Rhowe Design + Build, you will play a pivotal role in providing company wide support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This position reports directly to the President, and requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to learn new construction industry specific software and work flow processes. This position requires a candidate that is proactive and can execute tasks independently.

This is a part-time, hybrid role. The position is primarily remote, but requires weekly in person meetings, and any additional meetings on site or in the area as necessary.

Key Responsibilities


Financial and Operations
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, including recording invoices and payments
• Manage company expenses through receipt tracking/filing
• Collect and organize subcontractor COIs and other necessary documents for annual reporting

Client Management/Marketing/Development
• Managing client databases using software and other database systems
• Attend meetings and/or networking functions as a representative of Rhowe Design + Build to aid in building networks and relationships with potential clients and industry partners

General Administration
• Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are well-planned and executed seamlessly.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.


Minimum Qualifications


• Bachelor degree in business, accounting, construction/design, or other related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and willingness to train in industry specific software as necessary
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• High degree of professionalism and adaptability

Pay Scale : $20-$30 per hour dependent on experience / Average 20 hours per week. Working hours/days are negotiable within standard business hours.

We are looking for an experienced commercial Project Manager (PM) who is responsible for developing the construction plan, organizing delivery of all project components, coordinating subcontractors, and executing the contract with the client. Our Project Managers are creative, driven, and dedicated to our clients and partners, ensuring a quality project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Six (6) to ten (10) years of construction experience.

  • Possess an OSHA 30 certification.

  • Proficient in Suretrak or MS Project scheduling software.

  • Working knowledge of BIM processes, software and tools.

  • Strong communication skills.
